    Utilizing the vintage type art, customized stickers, promotional items, e-headers, and more created part of sub-branded welcoming efforts for 2025.

  • Greetings from Bravo! Vail Colorado

    Vintage Greeting Art - Alternate Campaign 2024

    In 2024, a front range and alternative campaign was deployed to add intrigue and welcome new audiences while simultaneously showcasing highlights of the experience and what to expect within the Bravo! Vail brand.

  • Hybrid Campaign

    Hybrid campain merging the Vintage Postcard art with photography that Bravo! Vail is well-known to use to explain the experience to consumers.

  • La bohème - Opra Campaign

    Utilizing customized art to invite the audience to a performance of an opera masterpiece, set in Vail, Colorado. Art used for digital, print, and multimedia promotion including educational guidebooks and invitations.

  • Stained Glass Mountains

    Utilzing the evolving mountain campaign, a clean and airy stained-glass art is merged with the brand’s photo highlight to invite the audience in to the welcoming atmosphere of a Bravo! Vail performance.

  • Season Brochure 2023

    A 208-page keepsake and detailed program provided for free to all patrons throughout the Festival. 2023’s advertising sales exceeded goal under my direction. View the live book here.

  • Presto Club - Youth activity book

    The Presto Club is an opportunity for youth ages 8-14 to gather at select concerts to socialize pre-concert, engage with a designed interactive booklet during concerts, and participate in curated, post-concert Artist Meet and Greet opportunities. View the activity booklet live here.

  • BravoVail.org - Website Launch

    Working dilligently with Made Media and Bravo! Vail team members, I was given the privilige of hands-on build and layout for a new website that launched October 2022. The new site enhanced user experience for the 2023 Season Announce, Donor Presale, Package On Sale, and Single Ticket On Sale. Site traffic and web sales doubled from the previous year’s sales on the previous Content Management System.

    Direct mail and localized distribution campaign to support the 2023 Season. Dual purpose rack card mailer to promote upcoming events to targeted internal active ticketbuyers, lapsed ticketbuyers, and strategic campaign for acquisition.

    For the 2022 season, a refreshed, high-constrast logo and campaign was reinvisioned to bring Bravo! Vail’s brand mark into a post-pandemic era. Additional consideration brought to the forefront for interdeparmental communications and branding voice for complete organizational ownership and messaging.

  • Brand Architecture - Bravo! Vail Music Makers Haciendo Música

    In an effort to align brand refresh for Bravo! Vail Music Festival, an alignment of the young musicians initative for the organization was reviewed. Music Makers Haciendo Música needed a revised mark that spoke to the parent brand’s visual stained-glass motif that evoques the brithplace of classical music & its history. A revised mark was deployed with the 2022/23 class season. View the logo guide here.

    Multi-layered introductory guide for musicians, administrative staff, board of trustees, and key partners and stakeholders with a brand introduction, logo usage, terminology, internal press policies, and a brief historical overview.

    Quarterly publication dedicated to providing audiences with in-depth content for performances by the organization. Also utilized as a tool for organizational storytelling, sponsor recognition, partnership communications, and more. Management of of content was 2013-2021.

  • Virtual Stage - Colorado Symphony

    During the COVID-19 Health Pandemic, restrictions prohibited the organization from performing for audiences. We pivoted by creating a virtual product for purchase behind a paywall as well as those for free for educational use.

For every season, there is a reason - annual campaigns

  • 2024 Bravo! Vail - The Peak of Live Music

    For the 2024 season, the campaign messaging centered around location and aspirational accolade “The Peak of Live Music”. Alternate campaigns also deployed for front range in response to focus group feedback. Alternative messaging utilized for variety and test response included: Peak Pleasures: Picnic at Altitude, Embrace the Elevation, Amplify your Adventure: Discover Musical Magic in Vail’s Mountain Melodies.

  • 2023 Bravo! Vail - Classically Elevated Live Music

    For the 2023 Season, a creative refinement on the mountainscape campaign was implemented to add a sophistication to the overall look/feel. Three rotating messages were used in communications to speak to target audiences in the general branding efforts of season promotion. View the season brochure here.

  • 2022 Bravo! Vail - Mountainous Music

    2022 called for a revitalization of an already strong brand presence for an upcoming fully restored season post-pandemic. The return of full orchestra attendance and complete product offerings after two seasons off, the mark, message, and visual needed a slight re-envisioning for the celebration of a new season.   • Colorado Symphony Seasonal Campaign

    A launch of a new season calls for curation of a new theme and visual elements for all print, digital, and interdepartmental communications for that year. Under my direction the CSA has shifted to a highly customized thematic adoption of seasonal promotion of its core content (classical) to appeal to multiple demographics through high color, storytelling, and an integrated theme for variable content that could be adjusted for modern marketing needs in social, digital, and broadcast promotions.

  • 2021/2022 - Music's In Our Nature - Colorado Symphony

    With confidence to bring our core mission product back to stage, we began with a classics-only brochure reprising the floral theme so well-liked from 2020/2021’s unused designs. We shifted focus with the new logo in future iterations.

  • 2020/2021 - Always In Season - Colorado Symphony

    Affectionately called the “lost season” or the “season that never was”, the content and theme for the year featured the composers of title works within vibrant nature setting that carried the viewer through each month and season with blossoming flora as background feature art to pull in the audience and allow for highly customized advertising options.

  • 2019/2020 Season - Cabinet of Curiosities - Colorado Symphony

    This season took us through a ‘cabinet of curiosities’ with heavy visual element on typography as the core classical theme art with whimsical elements that nodded to the content and merged modern type, quirky catchphrases, and bold visuals. A miniature love letter to early days of visual advertising.

  • Music Education Month

    October was chosen to celebrate and highlight Bravo! Vail’s Education & Engagement year-round efforts and in support, a marketing campaign was created to promote and bring the community together for multiple free events centered around collaboration and music education.

  • Brand Refresh & Campaigns - Bravo! Vail 2022

    A reinvigoration of all marketing efforts was in order. For Bravo! Vail’s 35th season we reviewed the challenges ahead with a keen eye on public relations messaging to align with direct advertising campaigns and branding reinforcement. Review the 2022 highlights here.

  • Brand Redesign - Colorado Symphony

    For 2021, a brand redesign was created for a post-covid-19 restricted live performing arts world. View the creative methodology and inspiration walkthrough here.

  • BYOB - Bring Your Own Blanket - Bravo! Vail Lawn Campaigns

    Bravo! Vail is an unparalleled experience set at 8,150 ft. above sea level. Quite literally the highest level of performance in the Rocky Mountains. For 2022, the Colorado-casual approach to the lawn experience was highlighted with visuals showcasing the laissez-faire picnic-friendly culture of the Gerald R. Amphitheater lawn. Popular acronym BYOB was restyled to accommodate the Bring-Your-Own-Blanket approach to the al fresco energy of the lawn experience.   • Impact Campaign - Bravo! Vail

    Impact goes deep into messaging for all arenas of an organization’s efforts. For 2022, it was no different for Bravo! Vail to reach out to its supporters to thank them and reinforce their investment in the organiation through print, direct, mail, and digital campaigns. View sample items here and here.

  • B!V <3 NY Campaign

    As part of an effort to celebrate the partnership renewal of the New York Philharmonic and Bravo! Vail through 2027, a campaign was created to bring awareness of the partnership extension through direct mail, promotional donor giveaways, and fundraising messaging.   • Brand Refresh & Redesign - Colorado Symphony

    Organizational logo redesign and brand refresh to align with newly adopted Mission, Core Values, and DE&I Statements.

  • Punny Composer - Colorado Symphony

    Punny Composer Campaign Fun and energetic brand perception campaign created in large scale campaign for outdoor, transit, promotional swag, print, and digital.

    Campaign slogans included: ROCK OUT WITH YOUR BACH OUT, APRÉS-SKI WITH STRAVINSKY, MAHLER IS BALLER, MOZART MADNESS, GET YOUR RACHMANINOFF, and others.

  • Virtual Independence Eve - Colorado Symphony

    Independence Eve Virtual Concert Event Sponsorship pitch, sponsor & partner recap, partnership promotion guide, and limited-broadcast performance for a special virtual public event broadcast through partnership with Denver7.

  • PlayOn Recovery Fund - Colorado Symphony

    Play On Recovery Fund Multi-tiered development campaign aimed at COVID-19 fundraising awareness and solicitation from our key audiences including informational main website information, e-campaigns, social campaigns, direct mail, call center, and more. Testimonial Series Real live, live fi lmed on location testimonials used in paid broadcast campaign and in subscription campaign communications.

  • Colorado Symphony Ball - Masquerade at the Mission

    For 2020, the organization’s largest annual fundraiser needed a departure from the previous theme and a compliment to the annual brochure called for a romantic evolution to celebrate the new venue and energy. Regrettably, the event was cancelled due to COVID-19, but elements for promotion were distributed heavily prior to cancellation.

    In an effort to continue the high level of artistic output of Bravo! Vail’s High Notes series, an effort to expand the use of each narrative to a fundraising and organizational evergreen use was employed for 2022 to assist in the organization’s year-round efforts. View the 2022 series here.
