Hi there, I’m Parker.

I’m a seasoned marketing professional with broad experience in both B2B and B2C sectors. I bring a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, product development, and market research methodologies. I’m known for strong leadership skills and ability to drive brand growth through innovative campaigns and strategic partnerships. Previous roles have resulted in significant increase in market share and brand recognition.

I love seeing a brand grow stronger through great messaging and thoughtful marketing campaigns. I have lead marketing for organizations like Bravo! Vail Music Festival, the Colorado Symphony, and Washington Pavilion of Arts & Science’s audience development initiatives, brand communications, market research, pricing, promotions, and customer loyalty - among many other adventures. Currently, I oversee the Bravo! Vail Music Festival’s marketing campaigns, revenue strategy, brand vision, public relations strategy, and presence in the local and international marketplace. I also contribute to strategic planning, product evolution, and board and community partnerships.

My work with the Colorado Symphony yielded a 6% year over year growth in earned revenue from $5.3 million in earned revenue (38.6% of budget) in 2014 to $7.4 million in earned revenue (51.3% of budget). This achievement was a massive collaborative team effort led by marketing and through seamless communications planning I was able to build desirable product offerings that resonated with audiences – leading to increased attendance and even lowered the average age of patrons by nearly a decade.

Since joining Bravo! Vail Music Festival in 2021, I’ve worked to achieve a 7% year of year growth in earned revenue and the organization’s most successful earned revenue season on record in 2025 — over $2.2 million for the six-week festival. This exciting growth has been achieved by executing thoughtful strategies with accessible and visually appealing marketing campaigns, patron loyalty programs, venue re-scaling, and dynamic pricing strategies.

My skill set includes: organizational and department leadership, traditional, digital, and social event sales and marketing; audience development and user experience management; public relations strategy and brand strategy; promotional campaign execution; subscription/membership campaign marketing; eCommerce, mCommerce, and UX web enhancement; strategic partnering and promotions, contract negotiation, staff management and training, budgeting, data analysis, board relations, and organizational planning.

I’m a graduate of the University of South Dakota, with a Bachelor of Art degree in Contemporary Media and Journalism (and yes, you might actually catch me saying ‘ufdah’ once in a while).
